CELEBRATING SILVER

In 2019, ASBA celebrated its 25th anniversary with an opportunity for all members worldwide to be part of the celebrations. ASBA published a full-size catalog in October 2019, containing non-juried images of members’ work based on the theme “Celebrating Silver” Artwork ranged from portraying a plant with 'silver' in the name (common or scientific) to plants with a 'silvery' element. The catalog also included a prologue describing ASBA's history, and articles about its pioneers.  

Chapters & Circles Celebrate Silver

Chapters and Circles also planned events as part of a rolling series of celebrations held across the U.S. on the theme of Celebrating Silver. Such activities included seminars or speakers, art exhibitions, parties, and celebration cakes!

In 2024, ASBA will celebrate its 30th Anniversary.
