ASBA EXHIBITION COSTS ASSISTANCE GRANT
ASBA is pleased to announce the establishment of a generous new grant of $500 to artists whose work is accepted into a juried ASBA international exhibition for the first time. The purpose of this grant is to encourage new artists to enter ASBA international exhibitions by defraying some of the costs of participation.
Artists are eligible to receive the grant if they have never before had work accepted into a juried ASBA international exhibition. Artists may use the grant money as they see fit for any framing, shipping, or other costs related to the exhibition. If international artists receive the framing grant (described below) then they are not eligible for the costs assistance grant for the same exhibition. In these cases where all international artists receive a grant for framing in the US, then the costs assistance grant will be available only to artists residing in the US, so the broadest number of artists benefit.
If your work is accepted into a juried ASBA international exhibition, such as the Annual International, or one of the NYBG Triennial exhibitions, and you are eligible for either of these grants, you will be contacted with details about the grant award.
