Annie Patterson is a member of the Hampton Court Palace Florilegium Society (Fellow). She has won awards and exhibited in the USA, the UK and had a solo exhibition at Château de Villandry, France Des tulipes aux choux - une année a Villandry in 2006. Her paintings are in private and public collections including The Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, Pittsburg and the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.

Subjects are varied and she is always interested in new, challenging subjects with paintings on vellum and paper. She has participated several in group exhibitions including the RHS, the Museum of Garden History, the SBA and Denbies Wine Estate as well as undertaking commissions.

The artist's work has been selected for inclusion in The Highgrove Florilegium. This is presently being created under the umbrella of The Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation and will preserve in a permanent way the Flora in the garden at Highgrove.
